At Sellphone.in, we stand by the quality of our screen replacements and offer a 6-month warranty along with a refund option under the following conditions:

What’s covered under warranty?

Any screen or LCD malfunction that affects its intended functionality.

Display issues such as dead pixels or touch sensitivity problems, without any manual damage or tampering.

How to claim your warranty or refund:

If you experience any display issues covered under warranty, record a video showing the problem clearly.

Email the video along with your phone number, order number, or IMEI number to: support@sellphone.in.

Our Customer Service team will respond within 48 hours to arrange a technician visit for screen replacement or guide you through the refund process.

Refund details:

You can request a refund within 7 days of the screen replacement service, by returning the replaced screen to us.

Refunds apply only to the service price paid; slot charges are applicable only if the order was completed.

Warranty coverage limits:

If you purchased only the screen part, warranty covers replacement of that part.

If you purchased both parts and repair services, the warranty also covers labor costs for the initial repair and any related repairs caused by the original screen replacement.
